DAY & TIME AVAILABILITY:
School Hours: M-F 10am-8pm; Sat 10-6; Sun 10-5
Home Lessons can start at 10am and must end by 9:30 pm Monday through Friday, 5 pm Saturday and Sunday 
*Please give ALL POSSIBLE AVAILABILITY TIMES to ensure that we can accomodate the student.

PAYMENT METHOD:
*Application is processed upon receipt of the first month's tuition and a $25 registration fee (per student)
