Faculty Profile

Glenn Moss

Glenn has been playing professionally for the last 25 years. His drumming covers many different styles including rock, jazz, funk, Latin, Big Band and his favorite...Progressive Rock. He has also done extensive club dates working for all of the main wedding band offices and performing at all of the major venues in the tri state area.

His favorite drummers include Terry Bozzio, Tommy Aldridge and Scott Rockenfield.

Glenn is always striving to be the consumate professional in whatever musical format he finds himself. This desire came from his family who inspired him to have a love of music and a deep appreciation of drums and percussion.

In addition to this solid foundation, Glenn has extensive performance, writing and recording experience which has put him in contact with many talented musicians. This combination has allowed him to handle any musical situation.

Education
Graduate of John F. Kennedy High School
Studied privately with Artie Catanzarita of Johnny  Maestro and the Brooklyn Bridge

Early Accomplishments
 Semi-Finalist in Long Island Drum Center "Battle Of The Beats" Drum Tournament

Performed at the Long Island Music Festival
Performed weddings and club dates as a member of State Of The Art for the Ric Mango Orchestras.
